Villa Olea Renieri in Chondros Sarakinas, Chania, is an authentic Cretan home that keeps the history and tradition of the island alive. Here, you will find family heirlooms, handmade embroideries over 100 years old, old photographs, and handcrafted furniture, all within a space that radiates warmth and authenticity.
The house is spread over two levels and can accommodate families or small groups of up to 6-7 guests. It includes:

The house is located in the village of Chondros Sarakinas, approximately 25-30 minutes from Paleochora and close to beautiful hiking trails, gorges, and traditional Cretan villages. It’s the perfect base for discovering Cretan nature and the authentic countryside, far from busy tourist areas.
Booking Terms
Accommodation
- Check-in: 15:00 – 23:00
- Check-out: By 11:00
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
Payment Policy
- A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive the final booking confirmation via email, along with confirmation of the deposit amount sent.
- The full payment must be completed no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment of the reservation is required.
- If the required payment is not received as per the above terms, the accommodation reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation.

Price
- The booking price includes all applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: 70% of the total booking amount is refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival date: 30% of the total booking amount is refunded.
- Cancellation 14 to 1 day before arrival date: No refund is provided.
- No-show: No refund is provided.
- Early departure: No refund is provided.
Behavior & Damages to the Accommodation
- The guest making the booking is responsible for ensuring the proper and respectful behavior of their group, as well as for any loss or damage caused to the accommodation or its contents.
- Guests are required to report any damages and bear the cost of repair or replacement.
- If any damages are found upon departure, guests will be charged accordingly.
In case of non-compliance with the above terms, the owner reserves the right to request the eviction of guests without a refund.
