Two modern villas with a private pool, BBQ and views of the Cretan landscape, ideal for families or groups up to 10 people. Elegant design, fully equipped interiors, and spacious outdoor areas for relaxation or gatherings. The pool is reserved exclusively for villa guests. Minor visual contact may occur during the passage of guests from a separate apartment on another level.

The property is located in the quiet village of Kalamitsi Amygdalou, in the Apokoronas region of Chania. The area is traditional, friendly and peaceful – perfect for relaxing. Nearby you’ll find Georgioupolis beach, Lake Kournas and charming villages. The location also provides easy access to both Chania and Rethymno.
Booking Terms
Accomodation
- Check-in: 15:00 – 00:00
- Check-out: By 11:00
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Pets are allowed.
- Minimum stay: 4 nights
Payment Policy
- A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive the final booking confirmation via email, along with confirmation of the deposit amount sent.
- The full payment must be completed no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment of the reservation is required.
- If the required payment is not received as per the above terms, the accommodation reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation.
Payment Methods
- Credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD).
- Bank transfer.
Price
- A cleaning fee of €25 per booking applies and is not included in the booking price.
- The booking price includes all applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: 70% of the total booking amount is refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival date: 30% of the total booking amount is refunded.
- Cancellation 14 to 1 day before arrival date: No refund is provided.
- No-show: No refund is provided.
- Early departure: No refund is provided.
Behavior & Damages to the Accommodation
- The guest making the booking is responsible for ensuring the proper and respectful behavior of their group, as well as for any loss or damage caused to the accommodation or its contents.
- Guests are required to report any damages and bear the cost of repair or replacement.
- If any damages are found upon departure, guests will be charged accordingly.
In case of non-compliance with the above terms, the owner reserves the right to request the eviction of guests without a refund.
