This one-bedroom home welcomes you with a simple, well-kept interior and gentle light pouring through the windows. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and a view toward the sea. A small dining area and a fully equipped kitchen allow you to enjoy meals at home with ease.
The bedroom, with its double bed and soft curtains, offers a quiet and restful space. The bathroom includes a shower and all basic amenities. Outside, a few terracotta pots and the open air create the familiar feeling of a quiet countryside home.
Access to the house is via three exterior steps, and the entire home is on one level — private, quiet, and entirely for your use.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor area. The entrance is private, with just three steps leading into the house. There are no shared spaces, ensuring full privacy throughout your stay.
Please note that the house does not include a washing machine. It’s best suited for guests looking for peace, quiet, and comfort — not for parties or loud gatherings.
We recommend having a car to get around easily, as the house is located just outside the center of the village. Whether you’re traveling alone or with loved ones, this place offers an ideal balance of comfort and location.

Rodia is a peaceful, traditional village just 12 miles from Heraklion Airport and around 20 minutes from the city center. From Athene and Emmanouil Place, you’ll have easy access to many of Crete’s landmarks — the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, the Venetian Walls, the Minoan Palace of Knossos, and the Cretaquarium Thalassocosmos.
The surrounding landscape offers sea and mountain views, while nearby Palaiokastro beach and the Pankritio Stadium give you options for swimming or local sports events. The private setting of the house ensures peace and quiet, while the location makes exploration easy and exciting.
Booking Terms
Accommodation
- Check-in: 16:00 – 23:00
- Check-out: By 11:00
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
Payment Policy
- A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive the final booking confirmation via email, along with confirmation of the deposit amount sent.
- The full payment must be completed no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment of the reservation is required.
- If the required payment is not received as per the above terms, the accommodation reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation.

Price
- A cleaning fee of €25 per booking applies and is not included in the booking price.
- The booking price includes all applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: 70% of the total booking amount is refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival date: 30% of the total booking amount is refunded.
- Cancellation 14 to 1 day before arrival date: No refund is provided.
- No-show: No refund is provided.
- Early departure: No refund is provided.
Behavior & Damages to the Accommodation
- The guest making the booking is responsible for ensuring the proper and respectful behavior of their group, as well as for any loss or damage caused to the accommodation or its contents.
- Guests are required to report any damages and bear the cost of repair or replacement.
- If any damages are found upon departure, guests will be charged accordingly.
In case of non-compliance with the above terms, the owner reserves the right to request the eviction of guests without a refund.
