The Space:
The “Full Privacy Home” is nestled in a lush green area filled with olive trees, just outside the village of Xamoudochori, in Chania, Crete.
This warm and welcoming two-story home spans 100 sq.m. and sits on a private plot of 600 sq.m., accommodating up to 4 guests.
The house is designed across two levels:
- Upper level: The entrance leads to an open-plan space featuring a double bed, a large wardrobe, and access to a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Cretan landscape—a romantic setting perfect for unwinding.
- Lower level: Here, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with a single bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a wardrobe, and a full bathroom. This level provides direct access to a beautiful courtyard with blooming plants, where you can enjoy your meals or have a barbecue.
At the back of the house, there is a small private pool (1.5x3m), surrounded by plants and trees, offering stunning mountain and sea views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, and all necessary utensils to prepare a delightful meal!

Important Notes:
- The house is situated within an olive grove! The road leading from the village to the house is an unpaved dirt road (1 km long).
- As part of the property’s philosophy of promoting complete detoxification from daily stress and digital dependence, there is no internet connection available. Here, you will discover peace and serenity that will rejuvenate both body and mind!
- Parking is available right outside the house.

Xamoudochori is a beautiful village in the Municipality of Platanias, offering the tranquility of nature while providing easy access to the beaches of Platanias and Maleme. In the area, you can enjoy traditional tavernas, local products, and nature trails for scenic walks.
Supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, taxi services, and gas stations are just 2 km away by car. The popular and clean beach of Platanias is only a 5-7 minute drive. Other well-known beaches, such as Balos, Falassarna, and Elafonisi, are also easily accessible from the house.
Booking Terms
Accommodation
- Check-in: 15:00 – 23:00
- Check-out: By 11:00
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Pets are allowed.
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
Payment Policy
- A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive the final booking confirmation via email, along with confirmation of the deposit amount sent.
- The full payment must be completed no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment of the reservation is required.
- If the required payment is not received as per the above terms, the accommodation reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation.

- Credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD).
- Bank transfer.
Price
- A cleaning fee of €25 per booking applies and is not included in the booking price.
- The booking price includes all applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: 70% of the total booking amount is refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival date: 30% of the total booking amount is refunded.
- Cancellation 14 to 1 day before arrival date: No refund is provided.
- No-show: No refund is provided.
- Early departure: No refund is provided.
Behavior & Damages to the Accommodation
- The guest making the booking is responsible for ensuring the proper and respectful behavior of their group, as well as for any loss or damage caused to the accommodation or its contents.
- Guests are required to report any damages and bear the cost of repair or replacement.
- If any damages are found upon departure, guests will be charged accordingly.
In case of non-compliance with the above terms, the owner reserves the right to request the eviction of guests without a refund.
