Our house was built in 2023 on the slope of a former olive grove, an exceptional location that offers you breathtaking views of the endless blue sea and the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding mountains. Area
Rogdia is a picturesque village built amphitheatrically on the slope of Marmarokefala, at an altitude of 300 meters. It offers a panoramic view of the wider area of Heraklion and is located approximately 16 kilometers northwest of the city of Heraklion.
The local community of Rogdia includes the settlements of Agios Dimitrios, Kapetanaki Metochi, Linoperamata, Moni Savvathianon, Paleokastro, Pantanasa, and Plaitis.
In the area, there are several restaurants attracting both local visitors from Heraklion as well as tourists who enjoy their meals while appreciating the magnificent view.
In the beautiful settlement, you can find the Venetian Mansion of Georgios and Frangiskos Modinos, which has been declared a preserved monument and represents a characteristic example of a residence from the Venetian era.
Booking Terms
Accommodation
- Check-in: 16:00 – 00:00
- Check-out: By 11:00
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Minimum stay: 4 nights
Payment Policy
- A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive the final booking confirmation via email, along with confirmation of the deposit amount sent.
- The full payment must be completed no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment of the reservation is required.
- If the required payment is not received as per the above terms, the accommodation reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation.

Price
- The booking price includes all applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: 70% of the total booking amount is refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival date: 30% of the total booking amount is refunded.
- Cancellation 14 to 1 day before arrival date: No refund is provided.
- No-show: No refund is provided.
- Early departure: No refund is provided.
Behavior & Damages to the Accommodation
- The guest making the booking is responsible for ensuring the proper and respectful behavior of their group, as well as for any loss or damage caused to the accommodation or its contents.
- Guests are required to report any damages and bear the cost of repair or replacement.
- If any damages are found upon departure, guests will be charged accordingly.
In case of non-compliance with the above terms, the owner reserves the right to request the eviction of guests without a refund.
