ALBATROSS Hotel is a small family hotel located in the village of Maleme in beautiful Chania and is characterized by its hospitality and cleanliness. The rooms are spacious and bright with large balconies overlooking the village or the blue waters of the famous beach of the area, which is only 200m away from the hotel. Free WIFI is available in all rooms and public areas. Our hotel serves buffet breakfast and every day there is a homemade or traditional dish, depending on the season, for you to taste.
The restaurant serves traditional food and is one of the best in the area, with most of the ingredients being of our own production. We can take care of your birthday or a formal meal, always paying attention to every detail so that it is a complete success and leaves wonderful memories for you and your guests. The hotel has a large swimming pool that is open until 19:00 and has tables with chairs and lounge chairs for you to relax. The rooms are cleaned daily except Sunday. Our staff is always willing to serve you with a smile and inform you about anything you are interested in. Our aim is to make you feel at home so that you can enjoy your holiday.

Area
Maleme is a quiet place to relax, all along the main road and on the beach there is a large pavement so you can enjoy your walk safely. Its beach is long with pebbles with several taverns and cafes. There are mini-markets, supermarkets, ATMs, limb grooming and massages. Finally there is daily and frequent public transport to all the famous places.
Booking Terms
Accommodation
- Check-in: 15:00 – 00:00
- Check-out: By 11:00
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
Payment Policy
- A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive the final booking confirmation via email, along with confirmation of the deposit amount sent.
- The full payment must be completed no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment of the reservation is required.
- If the required payment is not received as per the above terms, the accommodation reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation.

Price
- The booking price includes all applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: 70% of the total booking amount is refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival date: 30% of the total booking amount is refunded.
- Cancellation 14 to 1 day before arrival date: No refund is provided.
- No-show: No refund is provided.
- Early departure: No refund is provided.
Behavior & Damages to the Accommodation
- The guest making the booking is responsible for ensuring the proper and respectful behavior of their group, as well as for any loss or damage caused to the accommodation or its contents.
- Guests are required to report any damages and bear the cost of repair or replacement.
- If any damages are found upon departure, guests will be charged accordingly.
In case of non-compliance with the above terms, the owner reserves the right to request the eviction of guests without a refund.
